Our legal grounds
Under the GDPR we process personal data on the following grounds:
- Your consent, for example when you tick the consent box on our forms or share inspiration images with us. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
- An agreement with you, when we prepare a proposal or make a garment for you.
- A legal obligation, such as keeping accounting and tax records.

Sharing your information
ANSSA does not sell your personal information. We only share it where this is needed to provide our services, for example with:
- the companies that host this website and deliver its emails;
- payment providers, such as your bank or PayPal, when you pay by bank transfer, PayPal or another bank-supported money transfer;
- couriers such as DHL Express, or another courier you request, when a garment is shipped;
- professional advisers, such as an accountant, where this is required;
- public authorities, where the law requires us to.
Where a garment is shipped outside the European Economic Area, the delivery details the courier needs travel with it, and we take care that your information remains appropriately protected.
